We provide hospice care within Suite Living Senior Care as our primary focus. We also can provide hospice care outside of our communities, wherever you call home.
To provide individualized compassionate care to our patients with a person-centered approach to meet not only the care needs, but personal goals and preferences. Our interdisciplinary team will focus on care on the whole person and family to include spiritual, social, clinical and bereavement preferences
Grief support
Our bereavement program is an individualized plan of care for families after the patient’s death for 13 months. The program will include supportive phone calls, individual or family counseling, grief support groups, and informational mailings on grief. The bereavement team is trained to offer support and assist you in understanding the grief process.
